Return & Refund Policy for JSM Farms
At JSM Farms, we take pride in providing high-quality, locally raised goat meat. Because our products are perishable and shipped frozen, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to making things right if there’s an issue with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, thawed beyond safe consumption, or incorrect in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label to help us assess the situation.
We will evaluate each case and may offer a replacement shipment or partial/full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Due to the nature of our products and the preparation involved, we cannot accommodate cancellations once the meat has been packed or shipped.
Shipping Delays
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives on time and frozen, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our farm. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment to prevent thawing.
Storage Responsibility
Once delivered, it is your responsibility to promptly freeze or refrigerate your products. We recommend transferring your order to the freezer immediately upon receipt to ensure safety and freshness.
